Passport Park West is a 180-acre, 2.7 million-square-foot Class A industrial development located on the southern edge of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport in Irving, Texas. Developed by Trammell Crow Company, the project will deliver seven warehouse and distribution buildings designed for large-scale logistics operations, with Phase I consisting of three buildings totaling approximately 1.75 million square feet currently currently under construction and scheduled for delivery in 2026.
