State Farm- CityLine Campus

Richardson, TX

The 2 million square foot, $1.5 billion, mixed-use development regional headquarters for State Farm in Richardson, TX at the southeast corner of HWY 75 and George Bush Turnpike. Home to 10,000 employees, it is an amenity-rich, transit oriented, walkable campus which includes 4,000 residences, 40+ restaurants and retailers, and a hotel. Its central location to the nearby DART line and extensive parking capacity makes it easily accessible by both local and off-campus employees.
